O.K.  So here’s my first “RANT”

A guy is in a parade wearing a “Zombie Mohamed” costume. and a muslim comes at him from the crowd and starts to choke him with the sign that is hanging around his neck.

So far, it looks pretty cut and dried, the guy is exercising his First Amendment Rights of Free Speech and is attacked. Now if this was America, the attacker would be prosecuted, right?

Wrong! It is America, but, the attacker is let go by the Judge and the victim is told by this same Judge that he can’t use his First Amendment Rights to “Piss people off” and calls him a Duffas.

I’m no Constitutional scholar, but I can read English, and as an American Citizen I know that I can say whatever I want, short of yelling “fire” in a crowded theatre or slandering or libeling someone. So where in the Constitution does it say that we cant “offend” someone.

Furthermore, this Judge, (and I use the term loosely) admits he is a muslim and he too is offended by this victims actions. Seems to me, I once heard that all Politicians, Judges and Presidents, swear an oath to uphold the laws of the Constitution and the United States and to protect its citizenry.

This Judge clearly does neither and should be impeached, forthwith.

We now have sharia law in the United States.

Congratulations to all you Dopey Obama voters, it was a black day in America when he was elected. and by way of disclaimer, I’m NOT referring to his skin color but rather to the fact that he is, in my opinion, a marxist, leninist, stalinist, communist, (pick an “ist”) traitor who is Hell bent on destroying the greatest country ever to have emerged on the planet.

The muslim was offended? so he gets the benefit of our judicial system?

How about, I’m offended by this Judge, I’m offended by high gas prices, I’m offended every time Harry Reed or Nancy Polosi or Barney Frank opens their mouth, I’m offended when political leaders tell me how to live, what to eat and what to think. I’m very offended when I here that I must accept the abomination of rampant homosexuality in our society and that I must be a “Homophobe” if I don’t agree with it. I’m offended when I hear that Christians were killed by muslims. I’m offended when I hear that muslims want to “Wipe Israel off the map”

America is going to Hell in a handbasket, and I’m offended,

So who do I sue?
